In this role, you will be the driving force behind every interaction and experience at Salt Lake Crossing—elevating service, hospitality, and community engagement to 5-star standards. Core Responsibilities

Hospitality & Experience Management:

• Personify Aurum's core values by fostering a welcoming, luxurious, and service-oriented environment.
• Manage daily hospitality operations, maintaining a consistently elevated standard of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to swiftly resolve maintenance, facilities, or hospitality concerns.
• Oversee and continually improve new member onboarding and move-out processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Act as the go-to resource for members, promptly addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.
• Provide feedback and ideas for ongoing improvements in marketing and design strategies.

Community & Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with members and vendors to foster trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
• Champion Aurum’s mission by cultivating moments of "magic" through surprise-and-delight touches, thoughtful gestures, and responsive service.
• Facilitate introductions to promote collaboration and support a culture of unity.
• Develop and execute community outreach initiatives to build partnerships that enhance the member experience.

Event Management:

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of creative, high-impact events for members and external partners.
• Develop and maintain multiple event calendars (internal and external) that cater to a variety of audiences and needs.
• Organize engaging member programming, including networking events, wellness initiatives, holiday celebrations, and learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or community-focused roles.
• Event management experience, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate community events and other key responsibilities
