As a Business Development Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with our advertiser base. You'll leverage your expertise in performance marketing to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and identify innovative ways to maximize client ROI. Your collaborative spirit and strategic thinking will be essential as you partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts, fostering long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure seamless campaign execution and provide strategic insights
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize client ROI
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, developing creative solutions to maximize revenue potential
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, delivering regular performance updates and strategic recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of key verticals (e.g., finance, insurance, home services)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile
