Efficiently execute tech projects by understanding business requirements and then source and manage systems, people and external resources to achieve the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Owned and Operated sites and landing pages from concept to launch (working with third parties for design, copy, integrations), keep up to date (server and site maintenance), no downtime, functioning smoothly
  • Internal projects: Improved platform for publishers, self serve system and dashboard for advertisers, internal technology tools (proof, fraud module, automated IOs) that allow for process automation.
  • Reliable tech department with front end/ backend development capabilities, that can support business needs
  • Eventually, support the Product Manager in developing an all inclusive tracking platform from scratch

Key Qualifications

  • Hands on and highly organized Project Manager with a strong technology background and experience owning all development, management and hosting of multiple websites and landing pages.
  • Experience and book of business/ network that allow sourcing and leading outsourced developers and offshore tech teams that can deliver on tech projects with speed, accuracy and accountability.
  • Successful track record solving complex tech problems
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the following areas:
    • Website Development, coding, and up to date development languages and frameworks (frontend and backend): Html, word press, react.
    • Database environment, data warehousing, cloud computing services: aws, mariadb, sql, mysql, etc.
    • Server hosting infrastructure that can handle large volume and email traffic: linux, ngnix, apache, network programming, web servers, cloudflare, ha proxy, aws, cpanel, vmware.
    • Behavioral tracking and website analytics tools that enable optimizing decisions: pixels, adwords, cookies, proxy, tags, dashboards, etc.
  • Experience setting up cross-platform integrations via API, webhooks, etc. (Ex. Website form pushing leads into a CRM, data pulls into a reporting dashboard, etc.)
