Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact, answering calls, assisting with scheduling, invoicing, payments, and service inquiries.
- Coordinate office needs across 3 small locations to ensure seamless team operations.
- Provide high-level support to the firm’s Partners.
- Draft and manage client communications, including bulk reminders and follow-ups.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance firm processes.
- Take ownership of tasks, seeing them through from start to finish, and supporting additional requests as they arise.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in an office or administrative, client-facing role. Previous experience with a tax firm is a plus.
- Education: Some college coursework preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently with clients.
- Teamwork & Independence: Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
- In-Office Presence: This role requires 100% on-site work at our Provo location.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility is available as needed.
- Occasional evening and Saturday hours may be required during peak tax seasons.

Compensation:
