The Business Development Manager for Pay Per Call will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic pay per call partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Madrivo. This role will focus on expanding the company's footprint in all verticals, as well as identifying and onboarding buyers.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and cultivate new Pay Per Call business partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Madrivo
  • Close and Onboard reputable call buyers with competitive deals and terms
  • Manage and grow Pay Per Call buyers, including maximizing payouts, monitoring and optimizing budgets, CC caps, dropped calls, RPC, and anything else that will deliver a positive and profitable publisher experience
  • Analyze industry trends and identify new verticals to grow in
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve company goals
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments and stay up-to-date with market trends

Qualifications:

  • Must have deep and intensive experience selling pay per call traffic
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, in Pay Per Call
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing successful partnerships that drive consistent and scalable revenue
  • Proven track record of selecting reputable buyers who are financially sound and pay bills on time
  • Strong understanding of the insurance, financial, and home services verticals
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spending to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Success for the Business Development Manager in this role would be measured by the following key performance indicators:

  • Revenue Growth: The Business Development Manager would be responsible for identifying and onboarding new buyers and expanding the company's footprint in all verticals. Success in this role would mean achieving consistent revenue growth and increasing the overall revenue generated by Madrivo.
  • Partnership Development: The Business Development Manager would be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Madrivo. Success in this role would be measured by the number of successful partnerships developed and maintained, and the impact those partnerships have on revenue growth.
  • Budget Management: The Business Development Manager would be responsible for managing budgets and optimizing spending to maximize ROI. Success in this role would be measured by the ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve positive ROI on marketing spend.
  • Market Expansion: The Business Development Manager would be responsible for identifying new verticals to grow in and expanding the company's footprint in the pay per call space. Success in this role would be measured by the ability to successfully enter new verticals and achieve revenue growth from those verticals.
