Madrivo is looking for a passionate individual to join us for a full-time role as a Compliance Analyst. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is very familiar with laws and regulations such as Truth in Advertising, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, GDPR. The Compliance Analyst will be focused on monitoring, analyzing and reporting the overall compliance of affiliates/partners within our network and contribute to elevating the reputation and performance of the organization.

In addition to solid understanding of the marketing regulations, this position will also require innovative thinking with attention to detail and customer experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer privacy requests
  • Monitor and review various online marketing methods offered by affiliates and partners
  • Ensure third party compliance with Madrivo's policies and procedures
  • Routinely perform reviews of third party business operations to test that all regulations are being followed
  • Monitor and identify trends which may require escalations from the affiliates, fraud and customer service
  • Research federal and state laws and regulations to ensure Madrivo's policies and procedures are continuously updated with current regulations
  • Perform manual and automated reviews and seeding of online search results to ensure service providers are not violating third party intellectual property
  • Review forms, disclosures, advertisements, emails and other materials for regulatory compliance
  • Work with a variety of cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies
  • Review marketing materials for compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
  • Monitor fraud rates and escalate as necessary
  • Create and manage policy and procedure documents
  • Manage and review new publisher applications
  • Assist Media Teams with onboarding of new publishers
  • Perform other work related duties and complete projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities when needed
  • Ability to easily adapt
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws (There will be training)
  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of SQL, Airtable, Hubspot, Everflow, HitPath, LeadsPedia.Background in Data Privacy, Advertising Compliance or Digital Marketing a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in compliance is a plus, but not required; we will provide training
